Pearson Land Clearing & Excavating has been a family owned and operated business since 1950. Harold Pearson passed along his knowledge and expertise to his son Rick, whose been in the business since his teens. Rick Pearson took over from his Dad in 1979, and he and his son Blake run the family business.

We are fully Insured and covered by WCB / WorkSafe BC

We handle most Site Prep jobs: Land Clearing, Brush Removal, Road Building and Driveway Building, Excavating and Foundation Excavating, Rock Walls and Retaining Walls, including Lock Blocks and Sea Walls – we measure, order, deliver and construct all types of retaining walls. We also work with Blasters when construction on the property requires it. We include a full clean up, as well as materials and debris removal – leaving you ready for the next step in your construction build.

Our 90 Yard Demo Bin is perfect for Demolition jobs and Renovations. It can hold an extraordinary amount of construction materials and debris – making removal trips easier, which saves you money.
